# Settings Overview

> Workspace configuration and administration

Workspace settings let you configure how Penbox behaves for your organization. Access them from the app via **Settings** in the workspace menu.

## Quick Configuration

Get started quickly with essential setup steps. This section guides you through the most important configuration choices when first setting up your workspace.

## Personal

Settings that apply to your user account, not the workspace.

| Section     | Description                                                                  |
| ----------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Profile** | Your name, avatar, and personal preferences.                                 |
| **Email**   | Email addresses linked to your account for notifications and authentication. |

## Workspace

Settings that apply to the entire workspace. These affect all members and how the workspace operates.
