Workspace settings let you configure how Penbox behaves for your organization. Access them from the app via Settings in the workspace menu.

Personal

Settings that apply to your user account, not the workspace.

Email	Email addresses linked to your account for notifications and authentication.

Workspace

Settings that apply to the entire workspace. These affect all members and how the workspace operates.

General Information	Workspace name, slug, and basic identification.
Members	Invite and manage workspace members, roles, and permissions.
Email	Configure email addresses and connected mailboxes for workspace communications.
Branding	Customize logos, colors, and visual identity for forms and communications.
Domains	Set up custom domains for forms and email.
Data Security	Data retention rules and deletion audit logs. Control how long data is kept and trace what was deleted.
Secrets	Store API keys, credentials, and other sensitive values for use in Penscript and automations.
API	Create and manage API tokens for Connect API access.
Usage	View usage metrics, limits, and consumption across the workspace.
