| pending | Form has been sent, waiting for completion | Yes |
| completed | Contact has submitted the form | No |
| declined | Contact has declined to fill the form | No |
| processed | Form response has been processed/reviewed | No |
Status Transitions
- Draft → Pending: When you send the form to the contact
- Pending → Completed: When contact submits the form
- Pending → Declined: When contact chooses to decline
- Completed → Processed: When you mark the response as processed
- Pending → Expired: When the form passes its expiration date
